David Bluman is the founder and CEO of FEI. He is a Certiﬁed Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor with ECITS, an ACE Certiﬁed Personal Trainer & Continuing Education Provider. He is currently ﬁnishing a B.S. in Health and Wellness, has
over 20 years of training experience, worked in the physical therapy ﬁeld in
providing therapeutic exercise and specializes in post-rehab training. He is a Flexibility Technician from MPI in Active Isolated Stretching, Level 1 Kettlebells Instructor, holds 2 Black Belts, a teaching certiﬁcation in the martial arts, and holds a Powerstrike Impact Kickboxing Certiﬁcation.
He was certiﬁed through Town Sports Internationals Foundations, and holds a Speed and Power Certiﬁcation from StrengthPro and worked as an assistnt instructor in the program. David is a NY State Licensed Vocational Teacher and developed curriculum and programs for many organizations. David has taught at
both National and International Conferences.
is the Owner/Operator of “360 Fitness For Life & Health, LLC” Pete is dedicated to providing quality, Wellness, Health Education,
Physical Education Programming, Brain Based Movement Instruction, Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning services. Pete speaks nationally to schools, clubs, non for profit organizations, corporations,
health care providers, fitness organizations about the benefits of movement, exercise, fitness, and issues related to health, wellness, physical education and classroom learning. Pete provides professional
development, consulting & programming services to corporations, schools, PE departments and classroom teachers.
He holds Personal Training NSCA-CPT and Strength & Conditioning Certifications (CSCS) through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Pete is trained as a Level One Kettlebell instructor
through Kettlebell Concepts. He is FMS1 (Functional Movement Screen Certified Professional). Has completed the PE4life training to help change how PE is implemented in our schools. Additionally, he is
CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross.
Sybil Sidelman Sybil Sidelman, R.N. has worked in the ER, ICU and as a nursing educator and supervisor.
She was the developer and coordinator of the hospital based 'Frail Elderly Program' which definitively demonstrated the positive results that could be achieved
with a severely debilitated and incapacitated population. ACSM certified, she has been a presenter for ECA and Idea, taught at Marymount Manhattan College in their
Health/Fitness Program and is currently teaching at Hunter College. Sybil is a instructor for the American Heart Association and teaches Basic Life Support as well
as Advanced Cardio-Pulmonary Life Support for both adult and pediatric patients in New York and at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. She is on
the curriculum development staff for Fitness Education Institute helping to design and implement the advanced physiology portions of the adult and children's Specialist Certificates.
Sybil's personal goal is to empty the hospital beds.
